Punaro Glen Construction: Mid-October
Incremental progress over the last couple weeks. Drain tile and waterproofing was added.
One the foundation was inspected, backfilling and rough grading was done.
Our other accomplishment was to rent a Bobcat and turn our mountain of wood chips into a nice hiking trail!

Probably most importantly, our construction loan is cleared to close… but we’re still waiting on lawyers to schedule the closing date. We should hear that this week.
Next steps… the upper driveway and apron to the garage need to be put in… and then framing! Keeping fingers crossed the weather works in our favor.
