The Spaniards will tell you there is no better ham in the world than their jamón. (The Italians will tell you there is no better ham in the world than their Parma ham, or prosciutto.) I had much of both, and I will just say they are each fantastic!

After two nights of not much sleep, this was the scene in on our couch this afternoon.
