Much, much to learn
ByDerek“Blech!” is how I felt about the results of my first photo-taking walk with my new camera last weekend. Figuring the sun and snow would be pretty, I slapped on my polarizing filter, switched the camera off auto mode, and went to it. The results were all horribly underexposed. I guess I need another lesson…

No snow in sight
ByDerekGenerally, I don’t give much creedence to the accuracy of weather forcasting in Buffalo, but I do keep ForecastFox running down at the bottom of Firefox because it’s much less intrusive than Weatherbug. So this morning, I fire up my browser and see this: *click* Wow. Buffalonians are going to be clamoring for snow soon!
