I was fortunate to acquire a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS5 for work and I was spending a few minutes learning some of the features that have been introduced since Photoshop 6. I had a few of my Europe photos on my work computer, so I wanted to try a treatment on one particular photo…
Ariella finally figured out walking today! Until now she only would take a step or two at a time. Now, she’s on a tear!
While I would prefer to not write anything contradictory to articles written by other members of groups I participate in, the proposed aftermarket stereo installation legislation is still assaulting my eardrums. Here’s a prime example of why Franczyk doesn’t have a clue as to what he’s talking about – in his interviews he has repeatedly…
A grandma who will remain unnamed let Ariella get her little fingers in our ice cream cake the other night at Amanda and my combined birthday celebration. A big thank you to everyone for your generous gifts!
In case you missed it, you can listen to Aunt Fran’s appearance on Buffalo Style radio talking about the Broadway Market.
In case you’re just tuning in, I’m slowly processing and posting photos I took on my last trip to Europe, in the spring of 2010. We’re still in Dusseldorf, time for dinner. I’ve been to Germany twice and both trips required a stop here. I highly recommend the sausage platter (not a big stretch for…
Hi! I write you for different reasons. The first one to tell you I enjoyed your pics from Belgium. I went there last year and I think it’s an awesome place. The other reason is because we share the same lastname, this is: Punaro. I am mexican, and back there all the people that share this lastname are the descendents of the late Mr. José Asuncion Punaro (this is my grandfather from my mother’s side). The funny thing is that we don’t know the origen of the Punaro name. So, each time I have a chance, I seach to see if by any chance I find a clue. Some time ago I was told it is from northen Italy. Do you have an idea? Thank and hope you don’t bother for using this space that I imagine it’s reserved for your family and close friends.
The name does originate in Italy. Somewhere, I have some images of Ellis Island records of my ancestors coming over to the U.S. I’ll post them when I have a chance. I do not know where the Mexican branch would have started!
