The radio is talking about blizzard-like conditions in some areas, with 60-70 MPH wind gusts. All the area schools are closed. Tractor trailers are blown over. You must be thinking that with such outrageous conditions that the Skyway is surely closed. You would be wrong.
Let’s start off with a video of the foundation wall forms set in place before the concrete was poured… That also saves me a lot of typing! After this, they do exactly what you expect – fill with concrete, like so… Then a few days later, the forms come off and all you have left…

A VHF radio conversation between the greek Tug towing the Aquarama at Quebec city and a river pilot confirmed the tow is heading for Greece where the Aquarama will be converted to a Casino.
