Ding dong the tolls are dead!
ByDerekYes, it’s true! All the Buffalo-area news sources are reporting that the I-190 tolls are no longer – and for good! The booths themselves are supposed to come down next year. As someone who takes the 190 daily (although I only pay in one direction) this will personally save me quite a bit of money….

Train Show exhausting, but a huge success!
ByDerekI didn’t think we could have an event bigger than last year’s Oktoberfest, but the train show blew the doors off of that. I’m not sure on the specifics yet as to attendance or money, but I’m guessing based on the number of door prize tickets we handed out there was at least 2000 people….

Working from home sucks…
ByDerek… when it’s 90 degrees outside, 85 degrees inside, no air conditioning, and noisy as hell because there are concrete contractors running around your yard digging, filling, hammering, and pouring concrete for the new patio and sidewalks. To make it worse, I had to close all the windows so the color powder doesn’t blow inside…
