Fifteen minutes later I was in a torrential downpour in East Aurora.

I haven’t written much about the Central Terminal lately. Amanda and I missed the end of the season with moving and now it’s the off season and there’s not much going on at the moment. However, an important story was published in the Buffalo News today and posted on the CTRC site:

This is just way too cool! It’s an unreleased clip from the show Route 66, shot entirely at the Central Terminal. It’s very rare to see video taken of the building during this era.

Oktoberfest at the Terminal went pretty darn well this year! Our biggest problem was that while we had more tables than in the past, we didn’t have more chairs to go with them, so some people were complaining about the lack of seating. However, this year we didn’t run out of food or [...]
