Congratulations on your new house. It sounds like it was meant to be the ending to your summer of searching!

The first house certainly did sound interesting, but some people (and houses) are just too much trouble to deal with. I definitely had times last year in our purchasing negotiations where I felt insulted by the sellers. I’m glad I don’t have to go through that process again for a while.
